I had a positive experience with them as property managers. Communication was always clear, reliable and not excessive! things were serviced on time. I enjoyed staying at their home very much for my lease. It was the perfect size for me and easy to maintain. The neighbors and neighborhood was excellent. We had an excellent experience with Rental Property Professionals Pro and truly appreciate the level of care and customer service we received. Janice, the owner, went above and beyond for us. She personally hand-delivered an important document to our new home—even though our new house is not being rented through her company. That extra effort really meant a lot to us and showed how much she genuinely cares about the people she works with. Laura was also wonderful throughout our experience. She was always quick to respond whenever we had a question or concern. She consistently followed up to make sure our issues were being handled and confirmed that everything had been taken care of.
