Marissa Garcia is a licensed Property Manager with experience managing over 400 single-family homes. Licensed since 2021, she brings hands-on expertise across all areas of property management, including operations, leasing, maintenance, financial oversight, and owner relations. Known for clear communication, calm problem-solving, and structured execution, Marissa is trusted by owners, residents, and vendors alike. She is currently enrolled with IREM, working toward her Certified Property Manager designation. Outside of work, she serves as a catechist at St. Padre Pio and is a devoted mother of one and a loving wife.

Hassle-free leasing

We leverage the expertise of our reliable maintenance technician partners to provide cost-effective with prompt turnaround times.

24/7 property care

Tenants submit service requests anytime through their online portal, and an after-hours emergency line covers urgent issues so your property is looked after day and night.

Online rent collection

Rent is paid electronically through the tenant portal and due on the 1st. Late fees are issued after the 3rd, keeping your cash flow consistent.

Detailed reporting

By the 15th of each month you receive a management report with your income statement, rent roll, leasing activity, and trust account ledger.

She personally hand-delivered an important document to our new home—even though our new house is not being rented through her company.
